Mystery Writing

Mystery Writing

Have you ever had one of your best friends gone missing? I have Ellie Woods she suffered from anxiety and depression. she was my very best friend.

Ellie lived in the woods. she rowed across the lake to her house bawling her eyes out. When I came to see her the boat was in the middle of the lake. I was really Confused because I have never seen it there before. When I swam across the lake and got the boat tied up, I went inside, Ellie’s parents were crying so much there were puddles everywhere. A couple of days later I came to see if Ellie was back but when I arrived the police were there. They had the equipment that Ellie had before she disappeared.

I asked, “Where is Ellie?” The police responded with “You shouldn’t be here right now and what was she wearing before she disappeared?”
I replied, “she had a black long sleeved top with blue denim shorts with superstars.” The police started to write the information down and questioned me, About like 100 hours later just kidding probably like 10 minutes later I retreated to the boat. When I was just about to sit it I found Ellie’s phone, I grabbed it and entered her password and there was a voicemail from my phone. I was so confused I opened it. It was Ellie's voice, the voice mail said.

“Hi stella if you found my phone good job I meant to say goodbye, I'm so sorry  for not saying it but this is the last time you'll hear my voice. I wish you best of luck.”
I screamed in horror, I ran to the old bridge. I just broke down into tears. Then I looked down into the river under the bridge and I saw her shoes. That was the time I got down and ran to the police.
I was so scared, when I got there I ran up to officer Pete. He said, “Take us to the place.” So we ran as fast as our legs could go. It was so devastating to see that her body was in the river. I cried so hard.
Ten days later the police came to my house and announced the Ellie had drowned herself because she was bullied at school and tired of seeing the 19 year olds physically hurting her inside and out.

To this day there's a hole in my heart for Ellie. I visit her grave everyday with flowers in my hand. she’ll always be by my side.
