My name is Hannah I’m twelve years old and I go to Otaki College. My hobbies are playing netball swimming and drawing. In my free time I go on my phone sometimes, My least favourite subject is maths and my favourite subject is PE. My two favourite colours are blue and purple. My best friend is Brooklyn. I have one brother he goes to Waitohu School.

The north pole

I decided to go to the north pole to discover what type of animals live there. When I first arrived it was freezing cold.

I looked around for a little while and saw a bunch of animals but I wasn't interested, I found the my favourite animal a POLAR BEAR. There was one tiny little problem the polar bear could harm you if you get to close.

I could see a little coloured thing under its fur, I slowly crawled to the polar bear and i read the tag it read. This polar bear has been trained you do not need to worry it has a tracking system so if you get hurt we know and we will send help.

I discovered a lot of things about a polar bear. I returned to New Zealand and told all my science buddies all about what I saw and what I discovered.

In room three we have been learning to staying in the right place at the right time do you have any ideas to help us to stay in the right place at the right time. I'm still working on this. 

Bridges

This slide show is about bridges. We have been learning about bridges because there is a new expressway going through Ōtaki.
